i was rather impressed today.

i had to urgently go to the loo, so i ran across the road from the tea salon debs, min and i were at to use the public toilet on the opposite side of the road. there was a main door i had to pass through before i got to the toilets. before i could open the door, a gentleman behind me quickened his steps and swiftly placed his hand on the door and held it open for me. and the best part, he didn't even enter to use the loo.

awww! i couldn't help but to compare (the general) sg men to oz men.

i'm not complaining. i still love my fellow countrymen.
