x'mas in the city

the christmas decorations are up (partly)!!!
there are colourful candies suspended mid air, dangling from trees on both sides of the very congested orchard road.

time really flies!

dear santa,
i have already emailed you my wish list for this christmas!
but some things for you to note when you deliver my gifts:
we do not have a chimney here in singapore, but you can come through the kitchen window; it has a rather huge opening, and you can enter the house at ease.
we also do not have a christmas tree, but if you insist on placing the presents under some form of plant as you are accustomed to, you may like to place them under the vase of dried willow and artificial chrysanthemum flowers which is beside the samsung TV.
